Peachy Days in Year 1

 

Wow 🤩 what a busy half term it has been in Year 1. The children have all made so much progress in their learning. We are so proud of them all ....… here are just a few of the things we’ve been doing.

 

Week 6: This week in our RE lesson we have been thinking about a Bible story - when Jesus fed 5000 people with 5 loaves of bread and 2 fishes

 

Week 5: We have been reading and writing about Old Bear and also building lots of towers for Little Bear to climb up 😘. We’ve also been practising counting backwards in Math's … working hard and being kind at Carnarvon.

Week 4 … working hard and playing hard this week in Year 1. We are enjoying making new friends in this beautiful September sunshine ☀️.

Week 3: “Peepo” has been our literacy text of the week.  We have had a great week thinking about Toys 🧸 from the past and thinking all about things “Then” and “Now.”  Please look at us “now” and all of our wonderful learning.

Week 2: This week in Year 1, we are all “Working hard and being Kind.”
